Ingredients
1/2 cup catsup
|
Instructions
In a saucepan combine the catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, onion, mustard, soy sauce, sherry, orange juice, and liquid smoke, salt.
Pepper and paprika. Bring the mixture to a boil then remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Place the raw meat in large, shallow plastic container with lid. Pour the sauce over the meat. Marinate for
24 hours, turning every 4 or 5 hours. Place meat on skewers alternating with pineapple chunks, bell pepper and onion. Cook to desired doneness on barbecue grill or under oven broiler.

Serves 6. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
