Instructions
In large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, ketchup, beer, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, pepper, garlic and onions. Mix to combine. Place the meat you plan on cooking in the sauce/ marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, remove the meat and place the marinade in saucepan and cook, at a boil for at least 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Use the sauce for basting or serving with the cooked food.
