Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredients1 chicken, cut in eighths
|
Instructions
Spray baking pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil. Put chicken pieces in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Spread sliced onions over chicken. Pour oil over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes, turning pieces once after 30 minutes.

Serves 4 – 6.
