Not Your Typical Bbq Rub (pareve)

Ingredients 1/4 cup kosher salt 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground allspice 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container until ready for use. Makes a little more than a cup.

Great on ribs and other flavorful meats.
