Salmon Loaf

SALMON LOAF

2 7-ounce cans salmon
2 eggs
½ onion, diced
½ cup matza meal
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Put 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and sauté onions until lightly browned.  Put rest of ingredients in bowl and add onions with the oil.  Pack into a greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
