Oven Roasted Potatoes

4 large potatoes
¼ cup oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black or white pepper
1 tsp paprika
Scrub potatoes. Peel, if desired. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then in 4 to 6 pieces. Place in baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or greased. Sprinkle spices evenly over potatoes. Pour oil over all. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
