Orange Honey Sauce

grated rind of 1 orange
2 to 3 tablespoon orange juice
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and reduce the mixture by about 1/3. Serve with salmon.
