Hawaiin Beef Kababs (Meat)

HAWAIIAN BEEF KEBABS (meat)
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of paprika
1 (2-pound) tender steak, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 large fresh pineapple cut into chunks Bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces Onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
In a saucepan combine the catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, onion, mustard, soy sauce, sherry, orange juice, and liquid smoke, salt.
Pepper and paprika. Bring the mixture to a boil then remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Place the raw meat in large, shallow plastic container with lid. Pour the sauce over the meat. Marinate for
24 hours, turning every 4 or 5 hours. Place meat on skewers alternating with pineapple chunks, bell pepper and onion. Cook to desired doneness on barbecue grill or under oven broiler.
